Fast help at home and in the office: stable meetings, printers, accounts, day‑to‑day breakages—and business triage when needed. Remote or on-site visits.
Remote sessions run only with your explicit consent and least-privilege access. We avoid asking for permanent passwords over insecure channels and prefer safer methods when needed. We capture screenshots or diagnostic logs only when they materially help resolve the issue and align with your company policy where applicable.
We start with clear diagnostics and built-in steps (settings, updates, planned reboots) before any paid step. If extra time or out-of-scope work is needed, we outline pricing options before proceeding.
Home PCs and employee laptops: slowdowns, heat, storage, RAM/SSD upgrades, cleaning—while preserving data whenever possible.
Before opening the chassis or upgrading storage, we discuss a quick backup or disk cloning when feasible. Board-level work carries higher risk; we explain that before starting. We reassemble, test, and can verify results with you when preferred.
Common fault-finding starts with clear steps; spare parts (SSD, fan, battery, etc.) are priced transparently and are not installed without your approval. Advanced data recovery work is quoted separately in advance.
OS rollout for homes and offices: drivers, updates, Office, update policy, backups before major changes—from one machine to small fleets.
Before reinstalling or repartitioning, we confirm backups or disk images when feasible. License keys and subscriptions (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) are yours and must be legitimate; we do not supply unauthorized licensing. We record driver/update versions applied for easier future troubleshooting.
Labor for install and hardening is separate from official license costs. For businesses, work can be bundled into an agreed maintenance window; for homes we quote a fixed estimate or hourly scope based on device complexity and apps.
From NAS/homelab to corporate infrastructure: Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Active Directory, DHCP, permissions, monitoring, and operational best practices.
Changes to Active Directory, DHCP, or permissions are preceded by a restore point/snapshot or an agreed rollback plan when feasible. We do not perform bulk deletes or sensitive restructuring without written approval from an authorized stakeholder in your organization. Logs and backups follow your chosen retention approach.
Planned maintenance (patching, health reviews, monitoring) is priced by agreement. Emergency work outside normal hours or requiring immediate on-site response may carry a different rate—communicated before we start whenever possible.
